Nothing here is a commitment: the warehouse replies by email with your tier, your per-order fee and any terms, and your portal sign-in follows once you agree. Fields marked * are required.

What the warehouse needs to make your packaging look like yours. Files come later, by email, once you are approved.

Do you have a logo? Vector (SVG or PDF) is best for printed mailers and stickers. Do you have label design ready? Brand colors Desired look and feel Box style and overall appearance. A reference brand is fine.

Estimates are fine. They set the initial terms and how much shelf space is reserved for you.
