Veriti Collective receives what you send in, holds it by lot with expiry tracking, picks and packs each order in the packaging tier you chose, buys the label, and posts tracking back to your store. Everything is visible in a merchant portal and a REST API, and one invoice a month ties every line to an order.

One per-order fee covers pick, pack and packaging materials at your tier. Pick the tier that matches how your brand should arrive; you can move between tiers with the warehouse. Fees below are the current warehouse rates.
Six steps from application to your first shipped order.
Fill in the application: your store, the SKUs you sell, your packaging choices and volume estimates. The warehouse reviews it, confirms your tier and terms, and emails your portal sign-in.
Add your SKUs in the portal, then announce each inbound shipment with a reference and the counts. Print the packing manifest and put it in the box so the dock can match it.
Mint an API key and use the REST API and webhooks from any platform. A Stonegate store connects with two settings. Test keys let you try the whole flow without touching stock.
Each paid order reserves stock oldest-expiry first. If a line is short the order waits on hold and releases itself when the restock is received. You can hold, edit or cancel an order until picking starts.
The warehouse picks by lot, packs in your tier, buys the label on its own carrier account, and ships. Tracking posts to your store by webhook, API poll or the Stonegate connector, and your customer gets their number.
Every order that shipped in a calendar month lands on that month's invoice, line by line, with postage and materials where they apply. You see it in the portal the day it is finalized.
Set FULFILLMENT_API_URL and FULFILLMENT_API_KEY on your store and paid orders go to the warehouse on their own. Stock counts and tracking numbers come back the same way; add a webhook for instant updates.
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or a custom cart integrate through the same REST API: create orders, read stock and lots, receive signed webhooks for every status change, or poll an event feed. The documentation has a quickstart and platform notes.
The application takes about ten minutes. The warehouse replies by email with your terms and a portal sign-in.
